Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Seminar for Supervisors

Siegel O’Connor recommends that its clients provide sexual harassment training to supervisory and management-level employees regardless of company size. In addition, Connecticut law mandates that certain employers provide sexual harassment training to all supervisory-level employees within six (6) months of hire or promotion. Further, Connecticut law recommends refresher training at least once every three (3) years for such employees.

Supervisory employees include anyone “who can assign” work. This program is designed for supervisors, managers, human resource professionals, executive officers, and in-house counsel.

This program will satisfy the requirements of Connecticut law and attendees will be provided with a certificate upon completion. Attendees must attend the full two-hour training.
