Thomas Finnucan is an Associate attorney representing management exclusively in connection with labor and employment law, and in particular, labor and employment litigation.  Thomas represents employers on a variety of matters including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, unemployment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, workers' compensation, employee discipline, and workplace tort.

Thomas received his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  While in law school, Thomas completed internships with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut and the Connecticut State's Attorney's Office.  Additionally, he completed the University of Connecticut School of Law Legislative Clinic program, serving as a clerk for the Connecticut General Assembly during the 2016 legislative session.  He also received the 2017 CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.

Thomas received his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College, where he studied Political Science.
