Ken is a former Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section and a charter member of the American Employment Law Council. Ken has 23 years of experience in management labor and employment law in both the public and private sectors, concentrating primarily in the areas of employment discrimination, management labor and employer-employee relations, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, union avoidance and unfair labor practice proceedings, and workers' compensation.
