Glenn Duhl represents management in employment law and litigation including breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, defamation, emotional distress, wage and hour, sexual harassment, restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation matters.

Glenn has served as an Adjunct Professor in Moot Court and Trial Advocacy at UCONN Law School and taught Advanced Employment Law at the University of Hartford. He has presented numerous seminars on employment matters including "Human Resource Policies that Prevent Lawsuits;" "Wage & Hour Law: Answers to Everyday Questions;" "Strategies for Retaining Key Employees and Protecting Confidential Information;" "Preventing and Defending Sexual Harassment Claims;" "How to Survive a Wage and Hour Audit;" "Sex, Lies and Employment Discrimination;" "Current Issues in Wage & Hour Law;" and "Basic Wage and Hour Law."

Recent Successes

Claimant brought claims before FINRA seeking $2,000,000 for defamation, wrongful termination, tortious interference with existing and prospective business relationships, violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of equitable and just principles of trade, prima facie tort and negligence.

 

Following eight days of trial, the three-arbitrator panel issued a decision denying Claimant’s claims in their entirety and assessing all the hearing session fees of $20,850 against the Claimant.
