Jillian Calaceto is a litigation associate in Siegel O'Connor's Hartford office. Ms. Calaceto represents the interests of management in employment law and litigation including wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, emotional distress, defamation, restrictive covenant and trade secret misappropriation matters. Ms. Calaceto advises public and private sector clients and represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Siegel O’Connor, Ms. Calaceto served as law clerk to the Honorable Ellen Ash Peters, retired Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, and the Honorable Antoinette L. Dupont, retired Chief Judge of the Connecticut Appellate Court. Ms. Calaceto is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a Judge Jon O. Newman Fellow and served as an editor on the Connecticut Law Review.
