Ashley Baron represents management exclusively in public and private sector labor and employment matters before the state and federal courts and administrative agencies on a variety of issues such as discrimination, harassment, family medical leave, retaliation, unemployment, wage and hour matters, employee discipline, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, grievance and interest arbitration and employment handbook and policy compliance. In addition, Ashley is involved in the area of education and school law representing boards of education in both general and special education matters as well as labor disputes and employment litigation which regularly arise in the education context.
