Michael McGoldrick represents the interests of employers in labor and employment litigation matters before Federal and State Courts and administrative agencies in connection with claims arising from discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, violations of restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets and wage and hour complaints. He also represents employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims before the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Michael is also involved in representing various business entities in the area of commercial litigation advising clients on matters concerning breach of contract claims, business disputes and construction/development issues. He also has experience in representing financial institutions in loan workout and foreclosure actions.
