Nick Grello concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law representing management-only before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board and administrative agencies.
He counsels both private and public sector clients on employee relations and benefits, handling of discipline issues, grievance issues, union organizing drives, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, workers' compensation and wage and hour issues.
