John Beck represents developers, contractors and real estate professionals in all aspects of development and real estate law, including purchases, sales, due diligence, zoning approvals, joint ventures and syndications. John has a sub-specialty in affordable housing and community development law, including Internal Revenue Code Section 42 (low income housing tax credits), and is intimately familiar with the HOME loan program, AHP program and HUD regulations. In addition, he represents small, closely-held businesses and entrepreneurs.
John is also involved in estate planning and business succession matters.
John was awarded the Bobbs-Merrill Award for Outstanding Achievement from the University of Connecticut Law School.
